Appointment requests
The booking form collects your name, mobile number, chosen doctor, consultation service, selected slot and agreement to appointment coordination. Authorised staff use this information to review and confirm requests, arrange changes and record attendance. A request is not a confirmed appointment until the clinic confirms it.
The form is not for symptoms, medical reports, identity documents or payment details. Discuss clinical information through an appropriate consultation. Website appointment information is separate from any clinical records kept by the clinic.
Keep your private booking link private
Your private link allows its holder to see the reference, doctor, appointment time and status, and to request cancellation where permitted. Your name and phone number are not displayed there. Do not share the link publicly. Booking and private status pages do not load Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager through this integration.
Careers and recruitment
For an active vacancy, the application form collects contact details, qualifications, experience, availability, CV/work-history text and your agreement to recruitment processing. Recruitment administrators review this information, keep internal notes and contact selected candidates. Do not include patient information, Aadhaar, bank details, medical records or unrelated sensitive information. Job application pages and private recruitment dashboards are excluded from Google tags.
Necessary storage and optional analytics
Necessary session cookies protect forms and staff sign-in. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days without an advertising identifier. Necessary features remain available when you reject analytics.
When the clinic enables analytics and you choose “Accept analytics,” Google Analytics 4 may run directly or through Google Tag Manager on eligible public information pages. Google tags are blocked until acceptance. No Google analytics request is sent by this integration merely because you declined or have not yet chosen.
Consented measurements include generic public page categories, clicks to booking, calls, WhatsApp and directions, selected navigation, FAQ opens, scroll milestones and visible-page engagement. Analytics can also process technical information such as browser/device characteristics, approximate location and network information. These measurements are not anonymous simply because names are omitted.
The website does not include your form entries, contact details, booking tokens/references, candidate records, medical-service labels, raw referrers or arbitrary URLs in authored analytics events. Booking screens, staff screens, application screens, detailed service/health-content pages, and visits with query strings are excluded. Analytics measures booking-link interest; it does not count completed appointments or establish that a patient visited the clinic.
Advertising storage, personalised advertising and Google Signals are disabled in this integration. No session-replay or keystroke-recording feature is included. Tag Manager runs tags configured by the clinic, so changes to that container or Google property must be reviewed before publication.
Where enabled, the integration configures its prefixed Analytics cookies for a maximum of 180 days. Actual event retention in the Google property depends on the clinic’s property settings. Google may process information on infrastructure outside India under its applicable service terms and privacy policies.
You can reject or withdraw analytics through this control or the footer’s Privacy choices link. Withdrawal stops future loading and attempts to remove this integration’s accessible first-party Analytics cookies; it does not undo information already sent to Google. Browser storage restrictions or clearing cookies may require you to choose again.
Directions, WhatsApp and social services
Google Maps opens only when you choose a map or directions link. The clinic website does not request your GPS location or load an embedded map. Google Maps may ask for your starting point or device location under its own controls. WhatsApp, social-profile links and article-sharing tools also open external services when you choose them. Those providers apply their own terms and privacy policies.

Hosting, security and access
The website is prepared for Hostinger hosting. Hosting and security systems may keep access logs, IP addresses and request metadata. The application uses necessary session security, access restrictions, short-lived hashed network identifiers for abuse limits, and audit records of staff actions. Appointment, applicant and settings records are stored in the private website database. Only authorised roles may access the respective records.
We do not publish applicant or appointment details in public listings. No automatic patient or candidate email, SMS or WhatsApp notification is sent by the current website. No security system can guarantee that information will never be accessed without authorisation.
Retention and your requests
The clinic must review and remove operational and recruitment records when they are no longer needed, taking account of applicable record-keeping requirements and any ongoing matters. Backups and hosting logs follow separate retention processes. Contact the clinic to ask about its current retention periods, access, correction, withdrawal or deletion. We may need proportionate identity verification before acting. Applicable rights and obligations take priority over this notice.
Do not send identity documents or full medical records merely to make an initial privacy enquiry. If you are a parent or guardian, contact the clinic directly for a child’s appointment and avoid providing a child’s clinical details through public website fields.
